This is located on The Esplanade and not at Kickback Cottages. This comfortably appointed house includes large living and dining areas. Reverse cycle airconditioning, to ensure your comfort year round. Large fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities and dishwasher.
Separate bathroom with shower and vanity. Separate toilet. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, with ironing facilities, together with outdoor decked and BBQ area. Water views from the living areas of front lake, together with large front and rear yards. Plenty of space for 2 cars or a boat and a car in the back yard.
Bedding configuration is Queen Bed in main bedroom, 2 singles in a second bedroom, 1 single in third bedroom. A double sofa is also available in the large lounge room. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required throughout the year, with the exception of the Christmas/Summer Holiday period where a minimum of 5 nights is required.
